Office Skills 365 - Level 2 Certificate (Back to Work)
The Office Skills 365 - Level 2 Certificate (Back to Work) course is designed to equip learners with essential IT user skills, helping them build confidence and competence in using modern office software. This course uses the Microsoft 365 suite and equips learners with confidence and proficiency in essential office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity tools.
On successful completion, learners will achieve the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in IT User Skills (ITQ) Qualification. The course is structured around four key units, which focus on a specific application or skill area, ensuring learners develop a well-rounded, job-ready digital skillset.
Digital Skills Award - Level 1 (OCNLR)
This Level 1 course prepares you for working in an increasingly digital world, providing the support you need to build your confidence when working with mobile devices, computers and understanding applications for word processing, spreadsheets and presentations.
If you have been out of work from a career break, recently lost your job or found yourself in a much-changed environment, or even if you are not working in what might be considered a technology-based sector, having a good level of digital fluency is a must.
This course is free for anyone over 19 who does not already have Level 1 skills in IT. When you apply you will need to take a skills test to see your level.

This course explores how three major 20th-century thinkers—Michel Foucault, Gilles Deleuze, and Alain Badiou—engage with and move beyond the tradition of phenomenology. While not phenomenologists in the strict sense, each thinker offers a powerful response to the phenomenological concern with consciousness, experience and subjectivity. Through key readings and discussion, you will examine how these philosophers reframe the role of the body, perception, truth, and power, opening new directions in modern thought.
