Online Tools
RHACC uses the following platforms for online and remote learning:
- College Email
- Microsoft Teams
Please see below for details on how to access them.
College Email
You already have a student email account in the format:
studentnumber@students.rhacc.ac.uk
Your student number is the same as your learner ID.
If you’re unsure, your tutor can provide it.
Your password is your date of birth written numerically (for example, 19 January 1965 = 19011965).
If you receive an invitation to join an online class, please check your student email.

Microsoft Teams
The software used for online classes is Microsoft Teams.
Download Microsoft Teams from https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads
Teams is available for PC, Mac, tablet, or phone.
Go to your app store and download it — it’s free.
Sign in using your college email as above.
Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to join classes directly when your tutor sends you a link.
