This is a fun, group movement games, music and choreography class for those over the age of 55.
The focus is on building the strength, flexibility and movement range, but, above all, lifting up the spirits and enjoying a weekly session of interaction which keeps you moving and smiling.

Yoga for Parent and Baby

Enjoy a fun and relaxing hour of yoga with your baby in our beautiful dance studio in Richmond. Parent and baby yoga (up to crawling) builds joy and positivity between mum (or dad) and baby through the senses. Included will be foundation yoga postures that focus on target areas, including pelvic floor and core strength. We will also use breathwork to reduce stress. The class combines baby exercises and baby massage, as well as bringing baby into the yoga sequence to ensure parent and baby get the most from each session.
